Fletcher is the epitome of a glass-half-full kind of guy, always sporting a grin and ready to share a laugh. Born and bred in High Point, with a fierce loyalty to Wake Forest sports, he knows a thing or two about rolling with the punches.
After years in outside sales, Fletcher took the plunge and opened his own Allstate Insurance Agency in 2018. Now, he’s excelling in the real estate game, making sure his clients navigate the home buying and selling process with ease through open communication, plain talk, and total honesty.
But Fletcher’s not just about business; he’s deeply involved in his community. Whether he’s lending his expertise to boards and committees at Wake Forest or the High Point YMCA, or backing local causes through Sandman Realty’s initiatives, he’s all about giving back. He even kicks back a portion of his earnings to local non-profits.
Music is another big passion for Fletcher. From belting out tunes in high school to recent gigs in a musical about Frederick Douglass and Paul Lawrence Dunbar, he’s always ready to sing his heart out.
